Group Discounts

 
If you are booking in a group of 4 or more bikes - with a single intermediary - you will qualify for a 5% discount off the advertised price of any of our scheduled tours.

Repeat riders

Customers booking who have previously toured with 'Wheeltrax' receive a customer loyalty bonus of 5% on scheduled tour dates.

Early Booking

 
A 3% reduction if you are able to confirm your booking, on any scheduled tour, 90 days or more before the date of your arrival.

Larger Groups

 
Are you arranging a touring holiday for a club or large group?
Let us know your requirements, preferred dates and approximate size of the group and we will price your package accordingly.

  2. Percentage discounts/bonuses may be added and used together.
  3. Percentage discounts/bonuses do not apply to extras (ie single room supplements)
  4. A booking will only be deemed to be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.
