A pleasant route northwards takes us to the
first stop of the day at the "Sackpfeife". At more than 2200 Ft you can be sure
the views will be stunning.
After a relaxing coffee stop we follow the route of the Eder river to the site
of one of the most historic events of modern times.
Eder dam was of course one of the three dams bombed during the Dambusters raid
of World war two. An outstanding setting for an outstanding place. Take a look

The afternoon ride now heads south through picturesque villages and winding
roads on our way back to the hotel.
The beauty of this glorious area of Germany has to be seen to be believed!
